Inter Milan coach Walter Mazzarri is aware that three points are a must from their trip to Cesena in Serie A.

The San Siro outfit netted a last-minute equaliser against Napoli last weekend to ensure that they remain in the top half of the standings, but they sit 10 points adrift of leaders Juventus after just seven games.

After making changes in midweek for the Europa League fixture with Saint-Etienne, Mazzarri could revert back to the side from their last domestic game.

Mazzarri will take confidence from the form of their opponents, who haven't recorded a win in six matches.

Cesena remain above the relegation zone in 16th place but after losing to Palermo last weekend, confidence is low at Stadio Dino Manuzzi.

Ze Eduardo could be brought into the team to replace Manuel Coppola, who is suspended after picking up two yellow cards last weekend.
