Inverness Caledonian Thistle forward Torbjorn Agdestein has admitted that he is cautious about signing a new contract with the club.
The former Norwegian youth international's current deal expires this weekend and, although Agdestein says that he has enjoyed his sixth-month spell at the Caledonian Stadium, he has been frustrated at starting just one game.
"We are in talks and it is a hard choice because I've been on the bench the whole time here," Agdestein told the Daily Record.
"I need to play every week, especially considering the age I am.
"I like it up here in Inverness so extending my contract would be a good thing if I got to play a lot."
Agdestein joined Inverness from Brighton & Hove Albion, where he made six senior appearances.
