Juventus captain Gianluigi Buffon has praised the team spirit installed in the club.

The Bianconeri are eight points clear at the top of the Serie A table, and Buffon has credited manager Antonio Conte as being crucial to their success.

"I don't know if this current Juve side is the strongest I've seen in terms of individual players. It's definitely a side in which there's a huge emphasis on team spirit and team play," he told Sky Italia.

"The coach deserves massive credit for that. He's done an amazing job of galvanising us and giving us a clear playing style."

Juventus are in action this evening when they face AC Milan at the San Siro.
