Lazio midfielder Lucas Biglia has failed to overcome a knee injury in time to play a part in this evening's Coppa Italia final against Juventus.
The Argentina international was a major doubt heading into the clash due to a knee injury, having sat out the weekend win over Sampdoria, and he is not fit enough to make the matchday squad.
Elsewhere, Antonio Candreva, Miroslav Klose and in-demand midfielder Felipe Anderson form part of a Lazio attack which is deployed in a 3-4-3 system.
Meanwhile, Italian champions Juventus, who are looking to maintain their bid for a first ever treble this season with a win at the Stadio Olimpico, must make do without Alvaro Morata and Claudio Marchisio, who are both suspended.
There are no fresh injury concerns for manager Massimiliano Allegri, however, meaning that Fernando Llorente will partner Carlos Tevez up top, while Marco Storari is preferred to Gianluigi Buffon between the sticks.
