Europa League Group K's top two teams Lazio and Trabzonspor played out a 0-0 draw in the final matchday on Thursday night.
The game started with both sides having spells of possession, but it was the hosts who had the first opportunity as Ederson drilled a shot straight at Onur Kıvrak.
It was not a first half for the enthusiasts, as both sides were giving away a number of fouls in a scrappy spell of play.
With five minutes of the first half remaining, the Serie A side should have broken the deadlock. Keita's corner was met by Sergio Floccari, who really should have scored but instead headed wide.
Ederson came close with an acrobatic volley, but aside from the spectacular effort there was a clear lack of quality.
In the second half the game slowed down as both sides looked to keep a clean sheet, and although Lazio saw more of the ball there were very few chances as Trabzonspor took first place in the group.
