Gary Bowyer has assured Blackburn Rovers supporters that he is committed to the club amid speculation suggesting a managerial switch.
After being recently linked with the vacant post at Leeds United, Rovers insisted that Bowyer was going nowhere, and now the Blackburn boss has confirmed this himself.
"I recently met with the owners in India and those discussions were both positive and constructive," he told the club website.
"I am fully committed to building on the foundations we have put in place over the past 12 months.
"There is a strong sense of unity with all concerned at Blackburn Rovers and I look forward to that continuing as we plan for next season."
Bowyer was appointed as full-time Blackburn boss a little over a year ago after two spells in charge of the club as caretaker manager.
He went on to lead the club to the brink of the Championship playoffs in his first full season in charge.
