Leeds United have reportedly opened talks with Stuart Dallas over a new big-money contract at Elland Road.
The 30-year-old has played nearly every minute for Marcelo Bielsa's side in the club's first season back in the Premier League after a 16-year absence.
Dallas has proved to be a versatile player which suits the manager's style of play involving high intensity pressing, and Bielsa has not hidden his admiration for the Northern Ireland international.
Football Insider reports that the new contract to be offered to Dallas could include a salary double the worth of what he is earning now, which is a reported £20,000 a week since 2019.
The Yorkshire club's wage bill is set to exceed £100m this season as they look to establish themselves as a Premier League club again.
Dallas arrived at Elland Road in 2015 and has gone on to make 225 appearances for the club, helping them gain promotion from the Championship. body check tags ::
