Darko Milanic has revealed his delight with Leeds United's improvement following the goalless draw with Reading on Wednesday.
It was the first point of the Slovenian's reign in just his second game in charge, and he believes that there was plenty to be optimistic about in a fairly uneventful encounter with the Royals.
"I saw a better team," Milanic told reporters. "I think everybody saw the same as I did. We didn't win, but the players want to play good and compact and to play together.
"We had a dynamic from the beginning. We had aggression and tempo. We made some mistakes with the pass. We weren't dangerous. We made too many bad last passes."
Leeds return to action against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday afternoon.
