Blackpool and Leeds United have shared a 1-1 draw in their Championship match at Bloomfield Road this evening.
The away side had a good chance to go ahead early on, but Matthew Gilks was out quickly to deny Ross McCormack.
Lee Peltier gave the visitors the lead after he looped a header back across goal and into the net following Danny Pugh's cross.
Blackpool came close soon after, when Kirk Broadfoot headed Thomas Ince's corner over the bar.
After the break, Leeds had an opportunity through Jason Pearce, but his strike following Michael Tonge's corner went wide.
In the 65th minute, the home side equalised, as Ince fired in a powerful strike from outside the box. Ince later came within inches of scoring his second of the night when he curled in an effort that went just wide of the post with the keeper beaten.
In the final minute of the match, Broadfoot was sent off for a late challenge on Marius Zaliukas, but it came too late for the visitors to make their advantage count and the game finished level.
