Leeds United's El-Hadji Diouf recovers from an infected shin and is named as a substitute for this afternoon's Yorkshire derby against Sheffield Wednesday.

Leeds United forward El-Hadji Diouf has been named as a substitute for this afternoon's Yorkshire derby against Sheffield Wednesday at Elland Road.

The 32-year-old Senegalese has yet to feature this season due to an infected shin.

Leeds have made just one change to their starting XI following last weekend's 0-0 draw at Leicester. Noel Hunt is replaced by Dominic Poleon.

For Wednesday, Lewis Buxton is fit to start with Chris Maguire partnering Athde Nuhiu up front.

Leeds: Kenny, Peltier, Lees, Pearce, Warnock, Green, Austin, Murphy, McCormack, Poleon, Varney
Subs: Ashdown, Brown, Drury, Smith, Hunt, Tonge, Diouf
