Liverpool will aim to book their place in the 2021-22 Champions League final when they meet Villarreal at La Ceramica for the second leg of their semi-final tie on Tuesday night.

Jurgen Klopp's side had to be patient in the first leg at Anfield but ultimately gained a 2-0 advantage in the tie thanks to Pervis Estupinan's own goal and Sadio Mane's finish.

The Reds temporarily went top of the Premier League by beating Newcastle United 1-0 at the weekend, but Manchester City swiftly restored order with victory versus Leeds United.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Liverpool's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the second leg.

Roberto Firmino

Status: Out
Type of injury: Foot
Possible return date: Unknown

Roberto Firmino was not expected to be out for long with his foot injury, but the issue is proving more difficult than anticipated for the attacker to overcome, and he is set to miss out again this week.

LIVERPOOL'S SUSPENSION LIST

Liverpool have no players suspended for this match.
