Turkish club Trabzonspor are reportedly looking to sign Lucas Leiva from Liverpool and are willing to meet his £5m asking price.
The long-serving Reds midfielder, a part of the Anfield setup for the past decade, featured 31 times in all competitions last season.
Lucas started just 12 times in the Premier League, though, finding himself as more of a versatile back-up option under Jurgen Klopp than a key regular.
Liverpool are open to letting the former Brazil international move on this summer if a large enough offer is made and, according to Turkish newspaper Fotomac, Trabzonspor are prepared to make a formal bid.
Contact is said to have been made between the two clubs over a summer switch, with agent Ahmet Bulut leading the negotiations, but there is a fear that Lucas's wage demands could be too high.
