Manchester City will aim to book their place in the semi-finals of the EFL Cup when they travel to St Mary's for Wednesday's quarter-final against Southampton.

Pep Guardiola's side enter the contest on the back of a thumping 4-0 victory over Chelsea in the third round of the FA Cup, with Riyad Mahrez (2), Julian Alvarez and Phil Foden on the scoresheet.

The English champions have already defeated the Blues and Liverpool to make the last eight of the EFL Cup, as they endeavour to get their hands on the crown for the ninth time.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Man City's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with the Saints, who defeated Crystal Palace 2-1 in their FA Cup third-round tie at the weekend.
