Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has reportedly decided to drop Paul Pogba to the bench for the club's Champions League clash with Sevilla.
Pogba was absent from United's recent FA Cup clash with Huddersfield Town due to sickness, but the French international travelled to Spain amid recent talk of a supposed breakdown in relations with coach Mourinho.
According to several reports in the press, Mourinho has now decided to leave the £89m midfielder out of his starting XI for this evening's game, instead opting to start youngster Scott McTominay.
Pogba has struggled for form over the last month, being brought off in defeats against both Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United, leading some onlookers to suggest that he may be being played out of position.
The 24-year-old has made 50 appearances for United in the Premier League, scoring eight goals.
