Friday morning's Manchester United transfer talk news roundup:
Bournemouth 'slash asking price for Man Utd, Spurs target Josh King'
Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly been handed a boost in their bid to sign Bournemouth forward Josh King.
The Cherries have allowed the likes of Nathan Ake and Callum Wilson to join Manchester City and Newcastle United in big-money deals this summer.
However, the Championship outfit have been less open to parting ways with King, despite the Norway international having less than a year left on his contract.
According to The Sun, Bournemouth's stance has weakened, with the South-Coast outfit now happy to accept any bids in the region of £10m.
The development is only likely to lead to more interest in the 28-year-old, who can join another English club as late as October 16.
United, Spurs and Aston Villa are all said to be interested in the versatile attacker.
Manchester United 'miss out on deal for Amad Traore'
Manchester United have reportedly missed out on a deal for Atalanta BC's Amad Traore, with the teenager set to join Parma on loan for the 2020-21 campaign.
The Red Devils are said to be keen admirers of the 18-year-old and have allegedly been attempting to secure a deal ahead of the closing of the transfer window on October 5.
However, according to Sky Italia, Parma have agreed a loan deal for the attacker, who is set to spend the season with the Yellow and Blues.
Traore made his Serie A debut last October and ended the 2019-20 campaign with one goal in three league appearances in all competitions.
Donny van de Beek is currently United's only summer signing, but the 20-time English champions are said to be confident of bringing two more players to the club before the deadline.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are also preparing for Sunday's key Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur.
