Samuel Umtiti is reportedly uninterested in speculation linking him with a move to Manchester United as he wants to stay and fight for his place at Barcelona.

The 25-year-old's stock has fallen this season due to a mixture of injury issues and a loss of form, which has restricted him to just 15 appearances all campaign.

Barca are apparently looking to overhaul their squad in the summer after a mixed 2018-19, with Umtiti one of those tipped to depart.

Man United have been repeatedly linked with the France international over the past year, as have Premier League rivals Arsenal, but Mundo Deportivo claims that the defender would prefer to stick around at Camp Nou for another year.

Umtiti is under contract with Barcelona until 2023 and would still demand a big transfer fee should he be persuaded to depart.
