Napoli coach Rafael Benitez has declared that the commitment and spirit of his squad has been the driving force behind a strong start in Serie A.
The Azzurri stayed second in Serie A with a 2-1 win at Fiorentina on Wednesday, dropping points in just two of their first 10 league games.
Benitez has warned his squad to guard against complacency as they prepare for this weekend's clash with Catania, predicting a stern test from Luigi de Canio's struggling side.
He told the club's official website: "The Catania match, amongst other things, will be the fifth game in a fortnight for us.
"Despite this workload, I've seen that the players are very aware and focused, ready to play a game that will not be easy to win.
"We worked with much commitment during several training sessions, waiting for this match against Catania. We need maximum concentration."
Napoli will be without Christian Maggio for the clash through suspension, with Benitez likely to rotate ahead of a Champions League clash with Marseille in midweek.
