Napoli boss Rafael Benitez has hinted that he may look to bring in some new faces in the January transfer window.
The Serie A side made a number of signings in the summer, bringing in the likes of Gonzalo Higuain and Dries Mertens among others.
However, despite that, Benitez believes that more investments is needed to close the gap on reigning champions Juventus.
"Our squad is good, but Juve has invested for years and thus has an edge," Benitez told reporters.
"This summer we lost a great striker (Edinson Cavani), while Conte's squad has many alternatives.
"However, if we work well, we can get closer to Juventus. The president has confirmed that he is ready to intervene if necessary."
Napoli are currently in second place behind Roma in the Serie A table.
