Napoli winger Dries Mertens has said that he has no plans to leave the club this summer.
The 28-year-old has been linked with a move away from Italy, after struggling for playing time in recent months.
He made just 17 league starts last season under previous manager Rafael Benitez, but he has dismissed reports claiming that he wants to leave and has insisted that he is looking forward to the new campaign.
"I'm not leaving Napoli, we're working to finish as high as possible," Mertens told SportMediaset.
"I have three more years on my contract, I'm not moving on. I love playing for this team, the fans want me to play for Napoli.
"We're learning a different style than we used in the last two years, it's the little things that make the difference. We're here to work."
Mertens, who has won 37 caps for Belgium, scored 10 goals for Napoli last season.
