Houston Dynamo twice came from behind to secure a deserved 2-2 draw away at New England Revolution.
The visitors dominated possession throughout the match, but they fell behind after 26 minutes.
Brad Davis brought down Saer Sene in the penalty area and the Frenchman converted the resultant spot kick from 12 yards.
Davis atoned for his error and Revolution were level six minutes later as the winger provided the perfect cross for Will Bruin to head home the equaliser.
Sene struck against the run of play again just before the hour mark, but Brian Ching rescued a point for his side three minutes from time with a powerful effort from an acute angle.
