Nigeria coach Stephen Keshi has praised his team's fighting spirit following their 1-0 victory over Bosnia-Herzegovina at the World Cup.
The Africans boosted their chances of reaching the second round on Saturday night as Peter Odemwingie scored the decisive goal for the Super Eagles.
"Everybody is happy in West Africa; Ghana got their result and we won. It's good for the continent," Keshi told FIFA.com.
"The fighting spirit we showed was good. I never thought that we wouldn't make the round of 16. I have the players."
Nigeria play the final match in Group F on Wednesday when they face Argentina.
