Sebastien Bassong has insisted that Norwich City cannot point the finger at anyone else as they continue to flirt with the relegation zone this season.
Despite creating a number of good opportunities against West Ham United on Tuesday, the Canaries were unable to avoid slipping to a defeat which leaves them just one point clear of the bottom three, and Bassong believes that it's time for the dressing room to take responsibility.
"It is about looking at ourselves in the mirror and being honest and asking how we can be better," the defender told reporters.
"The difference is mental. It is about the winning mentality - things that are not obvious but that make the difference."
Norwich return to action on February 23 when they visit White Hart Lane to face Tottenham Hotspur.
