Norwich City have reportedly identified Chris Hughton as their ideal candidate to replace Paul Lambert as manager.
Lambert has agreed to take over at Aston Villa and Birmingham City manager Hughton is believed to be top of the club's list to replace the Scot at Carrow Road.
The Mirror claims that Birmingham are prepared for an approach from the Canaries but are eager to keep the former Newcastle United boss.
Hughton is also a rumoured target for West Bromwich Albion, who are looking for a a new manager after Roy Hodgson left the club become the new England boss.
