Norwich City have continued their pre-season preparations with a 1-1 draw against Real Sociedad at Carrow Road this evening.
Canaries boss Chris Hughton named four summer signings to start the friendly, including Martin Olsson, Nathan Redmond and Leroy Fer.
After 11 minutes it was another Norwich new boy who opened the scoring, with Ricky van Wolfswinkel breaking the deadlock in fortunate circumstances.
The Dutch striker got a late touch on Fer's header after a curling cross from Robert Snodgrass, with his late deflection diverting the ball past Socieded goalkeeper Claudio Bravo.
Van Wolfswinkel then spurned a chance to double his tally soon after, with his shot stopped by Bravo after quick thinking saw the forward intercept a backpass.
Socieded grew in confidence during the second half and managed to level on 66 minutes through Carlos Vela, who slotted past Mark Bunn from close range.
Summer signing Gary Hooper came on in the closing stages, but was unable to stop the match finishing level.
