Paris Saint-Germain attacker Neymar will play no part in Tuesday's Champions League clash with RB Leipzig, the club have confirmed.
The 29-year-old was a late arrival back from international duty with Brazil and did not feature in Les Parisiens' 2-1 win over Angers in Ligue 1 on Friday night.
Neymar was expected to make his return to the pitch in Tuesday's battle with Leipzig, but in the club's latest medical update, PSG have revealed that the attacker is nursing a minor groin problem and will miss out.
The update read: "Neymar Jr had some pain in his groin since returning from international duty and will undergo more treatment over the next few days before returning to full training."
Mauricio Pochettino will also be without Sergio Ramos and Leandro Paredes on Tuesday night, while Angel Di Maria has one more suspension match to serve in the Champions League.
Neymar has scored one goal and set up two more in five Ligue 1 appearances for PSG this term.
