Norwich City and Queens Park Rangers are level at Carrow Road despite the hosts controlling the first period.
The game started at a fierce pace but it was Norwich who managed to find the opening goal as Simeon Jackson found space to head Anthony Pilkington's cross past Robert Green in the 11th minute.
QPR were given the opportunity to level the match just eight minutes later when Djibril Cisse was fouled by Sebastien Bassong inside the box.
Cisse stepped up to take the penalty and his weak effort was easily saved by John Ruddy, but Bobby Zamora reacted well to slot the ball into the bottom corner.
Pilkington almost restored the home side's lead but his powerful strike was well saved by Green and a header from the same player minutes later went safely wide of the QPR goal.
Green was once again the hero for the visitors in the closing stages of the first half as the England international touched a Bradley Johnson strike away from goal.
