Queens Park Rangers have booked their place in the second round of the League Cup following a 3-0 victory over Yeovil Town this evening.
The visitors broke the deadlock in the 16th minute when Sebastian Polter stole the ball from Stephen Arthurworrey, before firing an effort past Artur Krysiak.
Jay Emmanuel-Thomas doubled QPR's lead four minutes later with a close-range finish after being picked out at the back post by Cole Kpekawa.
Nedum Onuoha then headed an effort wide, before Polter saw his attempt blocked on the line, as QPR took a dominant lead into the break.
The Hoops continued to threaten after the interval and they grabbed a third goal in the 56th minute when Onuoha fired home after a scramble inside the box.
Emmanuel-Thomas and Junior Hoilett missed late chances to add to QPR's lead, but it mattered little as the Championship side eased into the next round.
