Esteban Granero has insisted that he is not worried by Queens Park Rangers' slow start to the new season.
Mark Hughes's side have only managed to pick up one point from a possible nine, leaving them 19th in the Premier League table.
Spanish midfielder Granero was one of 11 new recruits through the doors at Loftus Road during the summer.
With that in mind, the 25-year-old believes that it is only "normal" that the team will struggle to collect positive results until all of the players have had time to forge an understanding.
"I think it's normal. There are a lot of new players so we need to adapt. We have to learn and improve," he told reporters. "I think this team will improve a lot when we spend more time together.
"I think it's okay to have only one point right now but I think this season is going to be great. I can see it in my teammates' faces.
"It's going to very good. But at first it's normal because we don't know each other. Give us time."
The R's face London rivals Chelsea on Saturday afternoon.
