Leroy Fer has insisted that Queens Park Rangers "really need" to start picking up points from their games in the Premier League.
Harry Redknapp's side have won just two matches since winning promotion back to the top flight, leaving them in the relegation zone.
The striker told the club's website: "We have come to be a team now. In the first few weeks of the season it was hard because we didn't know each other that well. But now we have come to know each other better and better.
"We are all working for each other, and that has shown in the last three games. We played really well in them, and took three points. But we need to build on this.
"If you win two or three games, you can be right up the table and we know that. That's why we really need to get the points."
QPR face Premier League champions Manchester City tomorrow.
