Queens Park Rangers caretaker manager Chris Ramsey has admitted that he would be delighted if he were offered the job permanently.
The 52-year-old was placed in temporary charge of the West London outfit after Harry Redknapp resigned from the hotseat last week.
Ramsey told BBC Sport: "If you got offered the chance to coach a Premier League team you would jump at the chance.
"But, more importantly for me, is that QPR avoid relegation regardless of whether I am here or anybody else."
QPR are in talks with ex-Tottenham Hotspur boss Tim Sherwood over a permanent managerial appointment.
