Tony Fernandes has completed his takeover of QPR and is hoping to sign West Ham midfielder Scott Parker for £4m, according to Sky Sports News.
It is believed that the Malaysian businessman has brought the 66% stake that Bernie Ecclestone previously owned, while former vice-chairman Amit Bhatia has returned.
Fernandes tried to buy a majority share in West Ham last year but lost out to David Sullivan and David Gold.
Queens Park Rangers are expected to make a statement today (Thursday) to confirm the news.
