Queens Park Rangers midfielder Esteban Granero has described the club's next five matches as "very important".
The R's are currently bottom of the Premier League table and are seven points from safety with 11 games left to play.
However, despite the deficit, QPR's next five encounters will see them face Southampton, Sunderland, Aston Villa, Fulham and Wigan Athletic - all sides that are also battling against relegation.
"After these games we will know if we have a chance to stay up or not," he told the London Evening Standard.
"We still have confidence but these five games are very important. We are playing against the teams who are fighting with us. We need the points."
Granero joined the Londoners from Real Madrid last summer.
