Mark Warburton has said that Rangers did not play well during their 1-0 victory over St Mirren.
The Gers extended their winning streak to 11 games but had to endure a lot of pressure from the St Mirren attack.
"We were not at our best today, but we still made a few chances in the first half," Warburton told BBC Sport.
"We talked at half time and in the second it was not much better in truth.
"That was the busiest Wes Foderingham has been this season and the goalkeeper did well. But to come to this kind of venue against this kind of opposition and win is satisfying."
Rangers have extended their lead over second-place Hibernian to eight points.
