Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has said that the club's Champions League tie against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday was on his mind during Madrid's 5-2 win over Real Sociedad.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick and Toni Kroos netted one of his own as Zinedine Zidane's team moved 10 points behind city rivals Atletico Madrid on Saturday.
Spanish centre-back Ramos said, however, that his side switched their focus to Wednesday's tie after heading into half time with a 4-0 advantage.
"Of course, in the second half Wednesday's game was in our minds," the 31-year-old said. "We play for our season against PSG.
"The goal is to win on Wednesday. Our intensity shouldn't be lacking, the whistles are important for us, we're nothing without our fans."
