Real Madrid defender Marcelo could reportedly be fit for Saturday's clash with Atletico Madrid.
The 31-year-old has missed Madrid's last three matches with the neck problem that he picked up during the 3-2 win over Levante in La Liga on September 14.
Ferland Mendy's absence saw Nacho deployed at left-back against Osasuna on Wednesday night, and the Spaniard is again in line to feature in that area of the field at the Wanda Metropolitano this weekend.
However, AS has noted that Marcelo was fit to take part in sections of Madrid's training session on Tuesday, suggesting that the Brazil international could yet be fit.
The report, though, claims that a decision on the experienced defender will not be made until after the club's final session on Friday morning.
Zinedine Zidane's side are currently top of La Liga with 14 points, winning four and drawing two of their six league matches at the start of the 2019-20 campaign.
