Iker Casillas has insisted that he has no problem with manager Carlo Ancelotti's decision to rotate him with Keylor Navas this season.
The Spaniard returned to the starting lineup in Madrid's 2-0 win over Villarreal on Saturday having been replaced by Navas for their midweek clash with Elche.
He told reporters: "Football has changed and it is important that whenever the coach believes the goalkeeper needs rotating because he is convinced that the team will win as a result, then the decision is made.
"It is interesting, anyway, the goalkeepers are all more alert and not relaxing as a result."
Luka Modric and Cristiano Ronaldo both scored in the win.
