Paris Saint-Germain have denied that they have submitted an £84.9m bid for Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
It was reported on Sunday that les Parisiens had lodged a mega-money offer for the 30-year-old, who reportedly fell out with coach Rafael Benitez.
However, the French giants dismissed the speculation. A group spokesman told Marca: "It is quite untrue."
PSG are thought to be nearing a deal to sign unsettled Manchester United winger Angel di Maria, who joined the Red Devils for a British record £59.8m from Madrid last year.
