Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has claimed that Los Blancos' players have no confidence in the club's chief doctor Jesus Olmo.
Rafael Benitez's arrival at the Spanish club in the summer saw Olmo promoted to first-team doctor during an overhaul of the medical department.
Benitez's side have had a number of injuries to first-team players this season, with Ramos just one individual that has been plagued by a shoulder problem over the last few weeks.
Ramos refused to go into too much detail when questioned on Olmo, but has conceded that the situation is far from ideal.
"Now is not the best time to talk about the medical/doctor subject, I'm not going to lie to you, it's a reality [that there is no confidence in the doctor]," Ramos told Cope.
"We have to reach the end of the season in the best way possible then we can talk."
James Rodriguez, Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema, Luka Modric, Pepe, Dani Carvajal and Mateo Kovacic have all also been out injured this season.
