Real Madrid will be missing both David Alaba and Aurelien Tchouameni for Wednesday's Spanish Super Cup semi-final against Valencia.
Alaba suffered a calf injury during the 2-1 defeat to Villarreal on Saturday, while Tchouameni is said to have suffered a similar problem during Monday's training session.
As a result, neither player has made the trip to Saudi Arabia, but the squad has been boosted by the returns of Dani Carvajal, Alvaro Odriozola and Mariano Diaz following injury problems.
Carvajal is expected to return to the side at right-back, with Eder Militao switching across to partner Antonio Rudiger due to Alaba's absence.
Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti has a big decision when it comes to central midfield, and it seems likely that Federico Valverde will drop into that position alongside Luka Modric and Toni Kroos.
A switch of role for Valverde would open the door for Rodrygo to feature alongside Vinicius Junior and Karim Benzema in the final third of the field.
Ancelotti will have one eye on a potential final against Barcelona or Real Betis, but the Italian is unlikely to take any chances when it comes to his team selection, with the strongest available XI expected to start.
Real Madrid possible starting lineup: Courtois; Carvajal, Militao, Rudiger, Mendy; Kroos, Valverde, Modric; Rodrygo, Benzema, Vinicius
