Thierry Henry's eighth goal of the season has helped the New York Red Bulls stay top of the MLS Eastern Conference with a 4-1 win over Houston Dynamo.
New York made a strong start at BBVA Compass Stadium and took the lead on 14 minutes through Eric Alexander, who finished off a fine break from the visitors by curling a strike into the top corner from 20 yards.
Houston responded quickly and were level four minutes later when Jason Johnson steered a pass from Alejandro Lopez into the corner.
That well-worked equaliser proved to be a brief reprieve, though, with the Red Bulls scoring three unanswered goals in the second half to claim victory.
Henry started the second half in style for New York to give his side the lead, taking advantage of some slack defending to restore an advantage the visitors fully merited.
Jonny Steele then raced onto a pass from Bradley Wright-Phillips to make it three for New York, before Lloyd Sam's late strike stretched Houston's winless run to four matches.
