Roma manager Rudi Garcia has claimed that he is not disappointed by his side's 1-0 defeat against Genoa this afternoon.
A late goal from Ioannis Fetfatzidis ensured the Giallorossi ended their season with a third-straight loss, but Garcia was impressed by the performance from his young players.
"I'm not disappointed about today's result: it was the chance to see the young players in action to help us assess the roster we need to build for next year", he told reporters.
"It would have ended 0-0 had we not gifted Genoa a goal. We missed some chances. We definitely did better in the first half, whereas we stopped playing after the break. Today, as I've said, we saw positives for the club and coach ahead of next season."
Roma's 85 points in the league this season is a new record haul for the club.
