Sheffield Wednesday first-team coach Lee Bullen has claimed that Stuart Gray deserves the opportunity to keep leading the team following Hafiz Mammadov's takeover of the club.
Mammadov has not yet indicated that Gray's future as manager is in doubt, but Bullen concedes that there is always the possibility changes will be made when a new owner arrives.
"There's a certain amount of trepidation because when a new owner comes in you never know what's going to happen until he has spoken to everybody," Bullen told reporters.
"Someone putting in £40m deserves the opportunity to make some changes. But I would say the way things have gone that Stuart has done more than enough to be given his chance."
Gray was named head coach on a permanent basis in January.
