Emmanuel Adebayor has admitted that Tottenham Hotspur need to find form fast if they are to avoid their season falling to pieces.
Spurs have lost their last three Premier League matches and exited the Capital One Cup since the start of November, while they are yet to secure qualification for the Europa League knockout stages.
The Togolese frontman, who is currently serving a three-match suspension for his dismissal against former club Arsenal, has acknowledged that Andre Villas-Boas's side have been below-par in recent weeks. However, he is hopeful that Spurs can up their performances and regain ground on the top four after falling six points adrift of the Champions League qualifying places.
"At the moment things are looking bad, but we just have to find a way to get through this. We have to improve because we're not playing the best game at the moment," he said.
"We're all frustrated about the way things are going. I don't know what's not clicking. Hopefully it will start clicking as soon as possible otherwise, trust me, we will find ourselves in difficulty."
Adebayor has made nine appearances in all competitions for Spurs this season, scoring once.
