Tottenham Hotspur duo Harry Kane and Son Heung-min have become the most prolific partnership in Premier League history after Saturday's 4-0 win at Leeds United.
The pair matched Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard's record of combining for 36 goals against Manchester City before failing to break the record in the 1-0 loss to Burnley on Wednesday.
However, with Spurs already 3-0 up at Elland Road, Kane's ball over the top found the feet of Son, who finished comfortably past Illan Meslier to write his and Kane's names into the history books.
Kane and Son have now combined for a whopping 37 goals in the Premier League, one more than Lampard and Drogba and eight clear of Sergio Aguero-David Silva and Robert Pires-Thierry Henry.
Kane also helped himself to a goal in the thumping of the Whites, as Dejan Kulusevski and Matt Doherty also contributed to a flying first half from Antonio Conte's side.
Spurs have now leapfrogged Wolverhampton Wanderers into seventh place in the Premier League table - four points off the Champions League places before Manchester United take on Watford. body check tags ::
