Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that Hugo Lloris has been given the all-clear after undergoing a head scan on Sunday night.
The goalkeeper was knocked unconscious following a collision with Romelu Lukaku during Spurs' goalless draw at Everton, but decided to stay on the pitch once he was treated by medical staff.
Tottenham's decision not to take the 26-year-old off was met with some criticism, with one brain injury charity branding them as "irresponsible".
However, the Premier League club have revealed that the Frenchman underwent a precautionary scan after the match before travelling back to London.
Lloris joined Tottenham from Ligue 1 side Lyon in the summer of 2012.
