Shrewsbury Town have secured the loan services of Sunderland centre-forward Mikael Mandron.
The 20-year-old, who has been regular in the Under-21 Premier League this season, will remain at New Meadow until the end of the campaign.
"Mikael is a lad that I know very well and one that I have seen play a lot. He is a player who is very quick," manager Micky Mellon told the club's official website.
"We are really pleased that Sunderland have trusted us with a player they have very high hopes for and we look forward to working with Mikael."
Mandron has made a total of three Premier League appearances for the Black Cats.
