Swansea City's new signing Wilfried Bony has expressed his delight at scoring twice on his European debut for the Welsh outfit.
The 24-year-old, who was the subject of a club-record fee of £12m from the Swans, netted the brace during his side's 4-0 win over Malmo in the Europa League.
"It was fantastic, first of all for the team because it was important that we didn't concede a goal," Bony told the club's official website. "Of course, it was good to score goals on my first appearance for the team and also in my first game at home.
"It was my first game at the Liberty. The supporters were fantastic - they pushed us on and gave us motivation to do more. I try to play my game and do what the manager asks of me.
"I don't think of any pressure because of [the transfer fee], but I think with a couple more games behind me I will be better."
Alejandro Pozuelo and Michu completed the scoring for Swansea last night.
