Swansea City have dominated the first half against Queens Park Rangers to take a 2-0 lead into the break at the Liberty Stadium.
The Swans were bright in the early stages and settled into their traditional passing approach, with the visitors struggling to assert themselves in midfield.
The hosts took the lead in the eighth minute when Julio Cesar parried Nathan Dyer's long range effort, allowing Michu to tap in from close range.
Swansea's dominance continued following the goal and Michu could have had a second after being found by Pablo Hernandez, but Cesar reacted well to block the forward's effort.
However, the hosts didn't have to wait long to double their lead, with Angel Rangel converted at the second time of asking in the 18th minute following some brilliant work by Wayne Routledge.
Michu almost added a third shortly before the break but his effort from inside a congested penalty area was deflected over the crossbar.
