Jefferson Montero is ready to set the Premier League alight, according to Swansea City boss Gary Monk.
The 24-year-old Ecuadorian striker completed a £4m move from Morelia to Swansea last week and Swans boss Monk is excited to see him in action.
"Jefferson's got very good pace and quality about him as well. And for a player who's so young he's got experience as well," Monk told the South Wales Evening Post.
"Pace always hurts teams. Anyone who's quick and has got half a brain about them can cause people problems."
Montero could make his first Premier League appearance for Swansea on the opening day of the season against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
