Matt Jarvis scores a brace to help Wolverhampton Wanderers fight back from a two-goal deficit at Swansea City.

Already-relegated Wolverhampton Wanderers fought back from a two-goal deficit to claim a share of the spoils at the Liberty Stadium this afternoon.

Hosting Swansea City began the match extremely brightly and went on to score three goals within the opening 15 minutes.

First Andrea Orlandi slotted in a cross from Scott Sinclair within the opening minute, before a deflected effort from Joe Allen beat Dorius De Vries in the away goal moments later.

Nathan Dyer then added a third when he converted a cross from Spaniard Orlandi with his head.

Steven Fletcher momentarily reduced the arrears in the 28th minute, beating Michel Vorm from 10 yards out following a pass from strike partner Kevin Doyle.

However, Danny Graham reopened the three-goal margin for the home side when he turned in a cross from Dyer in the 31st minute.

As the half drew to a close Wolves claimed their second of the encounter when Doyle crossed for Matt Jarvis, who sent the ball into the corner of the net from a narrow angle.

Jarvis's goal gave Wolves the incentive to push for further goals after the break and they went on to pull themselves to within a goal of the hosts in the 54th minute. Michael Kightly slotted the ball through to David Edwards and the midfielder beat Vorm from close range.

Both sides created chances to claim the game's eighth goal, with both goalkeepers being called into action.

It was Vorm who was eventually beaten again in the 69th minute when he failed to prevent former England winger Jarvis from grabbing his second of the fixture from six yards out.

Wolves looked the more likely to find the winning goal, but they were unable to breach Vorm's net for a fifth time as the game ended four goals apiece.
